To request a prescription or medication refill, complete the form below. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once approved and ready for pickup, we will send you a text message.

IMPORTANT: Your pet must have had a physical exam with us within the past year to receive a prescription/medication refill. If your pet needs an exam before the next refill, please text or call us to schedule an appointment.
